1) Navigate to the Supply Chain Tool
Go to our home page to enter the website.

2) Learn more about the tool
Review the documents linked from the homepage.

3) Log on
Either access your existing account or create a new account (provide general contact information).

4) Enter new material for assessment
Click on the "New Assessment Request" in the column on the left and enter the general material information.

5) Enter material ingredient information
For each chemical present at a concentration of at least 100 ppm, enter its name, CAS number, concentration (or concentration range) and function. Add as many chemicals as necessary.

6) Review/edit entered material data
Check completed fields for accuracy, edit as necessary and submit for assessment.

7) Review previously entered data
Click on “List Material Assessments” in the column on the left and check the assessment status of previously submitted materials and update data as necessary.

8) Review assessment reports
Click on “Reports” in the column on the left and review completed material assessments.

9) Send us your questions
Click on the “Contact Us” link in the page header to send us any questions or feedback.

10) Finish your session
Click on “Log Out” in the page header to complete your current session.
